Highland Meadows Elementary School found a Bassett hound this morning. They have the dog in the science lab w/teacher at the moment. The dog cannot spend the night at the school (obviously), and no one is willing to keep her overnight. They feel like it is someone's pet, walks on a leash. The dog is a female basset hound, white and black with a brown head, no collar, they don't think she's been fixed, and they think she's young. Not a puppy, just "young."
She was found at the school this morning when the first teacher arrived. The dog was trying to get in the car. I hope it's not a drop off.
