Black cat with white ruff sighted on Capri Drive

Jere and Emily on the 9000 block of Capri Drive report "A black cat with white ruff front has appeared on our deck the last several nights and was spotted by my indoor cats through the deck windows. Last sighting Sat 2 Jan 10 0940 PM."
