Black lab found on Quail Run

Kathryn found a black lab yesterday (6/29) in front of her home on Quail Run. He's a neutered male, 1 to 2 yrs of age, wearing a red collar, but no tags and no microchip. She first noticed him on Wed near Northwest Hwy and Charring Cross.
