Maverick is missing!

This little black and white, 6-year-old, Shih Tzu

decided to take a walk without permission

on Tuesday evening about 9:30 p.m. and hasn't returned. 

Please notify Robert, his owner, and Petwatch

 if you know of his whereabouts or have seen him!

He left home from the 8600 block of Charing Cross near Flicker

when his owner was going in and out the door.

His owner says, "He's looking scraggly and needs a bath."

He is not wearing his collar or tags and is not microchipped.

3/26, Monday morning at 11:30 am, a white and brown newly groomed Shih Tzu, "Gizzy" (short for Gizmo) was reported lost in the 8700 block of Grenadier Dr.  He does have a collar and tag.    If you see or pick up Gizzy, please call Vicki at 214-585-7747 or the HMNA Petwatch Hotline at 972-305-5210.  Thank you.    Gizzy made it back home safely!

Found Missing Cat

Our neighbor, Susan, called the hotline and reported that Oscar is back home. He had made his way across Northwest Highway to spend Christmas, but is back home, safe and sound for 2012.

in the 8500 block of Mediterranean, reports that Oscar, a male/neutered, long hair cat, gray with white markings, has been missing since 12/12. A distinct marking is a folded down ear.

Lost Pet - Reunited

"Jackson" a brown and white, 19-20 lb, male Shih Tsu escaped from his home near Strathmore and Flicker this morning, Thurs, Dec. 8th. He's fresh from a bath and left his collar at home.

Update 12/14 - a kind neighbor saw Jackson running around and he is back home.

It will be a very Merry Christmas at the Reed home.

Missing Pup

"Pokey" escaped from his back yard in the 11000 block of Quail Run about 8:30 pm Monday, 7/25. He is a mixed breed 'Jack Russell' looking pup weighing in at about 10 lbs. He was without his collar. If you find or see Pokey, please call Adrian at 214-274-4755 or the PetWatch hotline at 972-305-5210.

Sammy French Bull Dog/Terrier is Home

Sammy the terrier/French bulldog mix is lost

Janice in the 8500 block of Grenadier Dr. reports that Sammy, her terrier/French bull dog mix escaped from his yard yesterday morning, 6/29. Sammy is brindle with a white chest, pointy ears and has a tail. He is friendly. Please contact Janice at 214-553-0117 if you find him.

Roxy the cat missing on Bacardi Dr

Roxy, a female cat with back and white tuxedo markings is missing from Bacardi Dr. She is about 2 years old and has long hair. She's been missing since 4/2. If you see this pet, please call 214-553-1835 or 214-316-1783.

Missing Pet

Ann in the 10000 block of Ferndale near Church reported her 18 year old female black and brown Yorkie/Chihuahua mix missing since December 12th. She has a plaid collar and is about 4-5 lbs, partially blind and deaf, so may not answer to her name, Yoda. She is very sweet and timid. Missing Cat

Virginia in the 10000 block of McCree has lost Angus, her black American short hair cat. He got out of the house on 10/29, Friday afternoon. He has escaped before but always comes back within a day or 2. He is totally black except for a white "V" on his stomach. He is microchipped but doesn't wear a collar. He also has no front claws. If anyone sees him please corral him and call Petwatch at 972-305-5210.

Virginia's daughter believes she spotted Angus on 11/4, but wasn't able to nab him. Please be on the lookout for Angus. Thank you.

Sammy and Prince are lost again

Mrs Hanks, who lives on Walnut Hill, lost her two dogs, Sammy and Prince this morning. Sammy is a light colored Shih Tzu mix and Sammy is a dark colored (black with white and brown) King Charles spaniel. They are usually wearing their tags with Mrs Hanks info and they normally head to the Rolling Rock area.

Queenie the Jack Russell is missing

Patricia on Quail Run lost her Jack Russell named "Queenie" last Wednesday 8/18/10.
Queenie is small, mostly white with brown and black spotting, about 6-8 years old.
She was not wearing her collar and tags when she was lost. She is also on medication and may be in heat.

Patricia is very anxious to have her pet returned. She is offering a reward and has placed signs around the neighborhood. During her search for Queenie, Patricia spoke with someone who said they saw two young males grab Queenie and run off with her late on Wednesday afternoon.

Judy reported seeing a small (12-18") greyish black short haired scruffy looking dog on Bryson by the Kinsley townhomes this morning at about 9:30 am.

Received a report of a missing mid-sized (30-35 lbs) mixed breed long while haired pup named Blanca. She's a retriever mix, part Cheasapeake Bay. She went missing during early Sunday morning's thunderstorm from the 400 block of Parkhurst Drive in Old Lake Highlands. Lost Bichon

Suzanne reported that her 15-year-old white female bichon frise is lost. This pup is hard of hearing and has poor eyesight. If you see this pet, please contact Petwatch at 972-305-5210 right away.

Tortoise shell cat missing on Cactus

Barbara writes " A tortoise shell female adult cat has been missing from the 12000 block of Cactus for about 10 days. She has one eye which has a little black spot in it. This kitty lived outside and stayed close to Flicker and Cactus for about 15 years. She was a regular. She didn't cross the street and mainly lived in the front of Cactus and the alley. Please keep an eye out for her. She is spayed. We fed her for years until we moved and now she is being taken care of by a wonderful couple who also live on Cactus. We miss her."

Two labs missing from Charing Cross Ln

Monica on Charing Cross called to report that someone had let her two male labs, Smokey, an adult male, and Cody, a 9-month old puppy, out of her yard. Smokey is black, wearing a blue collar, and Cody is white, wearing a green collar. The dogs did not have tags or microchips. If you see these pups, please contact Petwatch at 972-305-5210.
