Two strays out for a morning stroll

Around 6:20 am this morning I (Tiffany) was walking my dog on Whitewing in front of the elementary school. We passed by two 60-70 lb dogs walking on the other side of the street. One of them was black and the other tan. I could not tell if they were wearing collars or not because it was still relatively dark outside and I could not get to close because I had my dog with me. Luckily they did not approach us and they did not seem aggressive.
