Stray shepherd

Theresa at 10842 Villa Haven called around 3:00 to report that a male black shepherd/shepherd mix with tan markings had gotten into her yard. He appeared to be unneutered and was harrassing her dogs. He was wearing a collar and tags, but he got out of her yard and ran away before she could catch him.
