Stray spotted on Rolling Rock and McCree

Jake reported spotting a stray dog on Rolling Rock and McCree on September 24, 2007. The dog was a tannish brown color, medium in size, and seemed very skiddish. It also appeared to be afraid of cars. It was wearing no tags and Jake did not get close enough to spot the gender.
