Foster home needed for Shar Pei

Julie Cassidy has rescued a male Shar Pei in her neighborhood, found near Northcliff and Hambrick. He's wearing a metal chain collar, no tags, and has a short rope tied to his collar. He appears to have mange or another skin condition and Julie thinks he's been out on his own for some time -- he's thin and very hungry. She's unable to keep him as she already has 3 dogs of her own --please give her a call if you would be willing to foster at 214-797-6824.
