Stray lab mix seen on Lubbock

Duncan on Lubbock reported an unneutered black male lab mix around 1:00 this afternoon, who was very friendly, but not wearing a collar or tags. Duncan gave the dog food and water and put him in his backyard, but he managed to escape shortly afterwards.
