Small black stray dog reported

Suzanne on Lanett Circle called to report a small black dog, weighing about 10 - 15 pounds, with longer hair and a bushy tail, heading east on Lubbock late yesterday afternoon. She wasn't close enough to tell if the dog was wearing a collar or not.
