HELP FIND MOE

Moe is missing! He is a domestic shorthair cat with black fur but the underneath is white, in bright light looks like faint tabby markings. He is two years old weighs about 10 lbs. He is usually friendly but might be scared of strangers. He was last seen on Paddock Circle. He has no tags but he is microchipped.
