Little Black dog returned to his owner

Michelle, who found the little black dog on Rolling Rock last week, reported that he has been returned to his owner. He belongs to an elderly woman to lives in one of the apartments along Walnut Hill. He jumped out of her car when she stopped to get something out of the trunk. She told Michelle that she had not been able to eat or sleep since he was lost -- needless to say, they had a very happy reunion!
