Found female dog with blue collar

It's almost midnight Mon. night & a medium size (about 25 lbs.) female dog w/ a blue collar came into my yard. She gulped down a full serving of dog food & is very friendly. She appears to be 9-10 months old. She might have been the mother of those puppies found around Feb. 6th. I can catch her if anyone wants to foster her.
