Long-haired orange cat found on Rolling Rock

Michelle at 8512 Rolling Rock Ln called to report a long-haired male orange cat who has been hanging out in her yard. He isn't wearing a collar, but Michelle says it looks like he may have recently worn one. He's very friendly and seems to be someone's pet.
