Beagle Mix found on Cactus

Carrie and her husband on Cactus Ln. found a solid red, short-haired beagle mix this afternoon. He weighs about 20 - 25 pounds, has not been neutered, and he isn't wearing a collar. He's a friendly dog, who's a bit thin, but seems to be clean and in good condition. They will not be able to keep him, so please call Petwatch if you'd would be willing to foster him, or if you know where he belongs.
