Black Chihuahua seen near Rolling Rock

Lisa on Listi reported seeing a little black chihuahua this morning in the alley behind her house, which feeds on to Rolling Rock. She was afraid he would be run over, but when she approached him, he ran away. She wasn't sure if he was wearing a collar or not -- hopefully, he found his way back home again.
