Stray medium size long hair dog spotted

Judy Reports - I just came upon a lost dog in the Villa Haven/Rolling Rock area. The dog has a green break away collar on, no tags. Also, a neckachief around it's neck. I wasn't sure if it was male or female. Very pretty. Blackish/brownish. Medium size, long hair, full tail. When I crouched down it did come up to me.
