German Shepherd mix siting

Barbara reports - I live at Cactus and Flicker and saw the medium size German Shepherd mix running around my area. I tried to get him to come close to me so I could see his collar/tags, but he was too skidish. He went to my window and looked at my dog who was barking at him. haha It is like he was showing off for him. This happened about 7:30 this evening.
