Mixed breed found on Rolling Rock - foster needed

Brook at 8806 Rolling Rock has found mixed breed male dog. He's medium size (about 18" tall) with short hair, his back is black and he's tannish brown underneath. He seems fairly young and is very friendly. He is not wearing a collar now, although it looks like he had one. Brook is leaving town tonight, so we need an immediate foster home for him. Brook thought this might be one of Jim's daschund-beagle mixes, lost earlier this morning, but unfortunately, he isn't.
