Beagle mix found

Michele reports - I found a dog about 6:30 p.m. on Halloween night. She is a beagle (mix), about 35 pounds, and has a problem with one of her eyes. She is mainly blonde with some white stripes. She had no collar and no tags. Some other neighbors helped me get her in my car to bring home so she would not be out on Halloween night where bad things could have happened. She seems to be fairly young, maybe 2-3 years old. Very sweet disposition.
