Roscoe the cat is lost!

Joy on Rolling Rock is looking for her black and white tuxedo cat Roscoe. He went missing last Wed. evening (1/28). Unfortunately, he recently lost his collar, so he isn't wearing any kind of identification. He's friendly, and full grown (about 5 years old).
