Calico Kitten found on Shady Downs Ct - need foster home

Please help this sweet kitty find her way back home... Found late Monday afternoon close to the creek on Shady Downs Ct. Very friendly mottled gray calico with 4 white paws wearing a collar with a white background & green & black leopard spots; no tags. The kitten also has 6 toes on her front right foot. Looks a little skinny & was very hungry. We need a foster home for this kitten as quickly as possible.
