2 dogs spotted near Quail Run

Just saw 2 dogs running down Hackney, across Quail Run toward the highway. They were having a good romp:

Yellowish/tan lab-looking larger dog (45-50 lbs)/Collar on, perhaps blue fabric, but I couldn't tell for sure.

Small Beagle-type brown & white dog (20-25 lbs) running alongside. Don't remember if it had collar.
