2 dogs spotted roaming near Villa Haven

Judy reports - I live on Villa Haven Drive and there are 2 male dogs, young, look like brothers roaming the alley way. Look like a cross between boxers & pit bulls. Very friendly. I fed them, but could not foster them. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. They're pretty thin. Hopefully, someone didn't just dump them off. I can be reached at 214 341 1896. Naturally, they have no collars.
