Chihuahua found on Pandora Circle

Randy called to report finding a white female chihuahua with brown ears on his deck last night after the thunderstorm. She is friendly, weighs about 5 - 10 pounds, but is not wearing a collar or tags. If you know anything about this pet, please contact Petwatch at 972-305-5210.
