Dogs dropped off on Cactus

Four dogs were reported to have been "dropped off" today on Cactus. The dogs were found by neighbors this evening, still on Cactus. Probably waiting for their owners to return. There is a full blood boxer and her three pups that are almost as tall as the Mother, but look like they are part lab. The boxer looks very well fed. However, the pups look like they haven't been fed. Mindy, that lives at Strathmore & Kingspoint is trying to get the dogs in her back yard to feed,water and give them shelter for the night. They are exhausted and stressed. But, she cannot keep them. If anyone is willing to help foster the dogs please notify PetWatch Hotline or email.
