Poodle and Shih tzu found Sat night on Fern Hollow

Jennifer and her husband on Fern Hollow found two small dogs this evening -- a dark gray or black poodle with a white patch on its chest and a beige Shih Tzu with darker ears and muzzle. Both dogs are wearing collars, but neither is wearing any tags. Both appear to have been groomed recently.
