Small dog lost in Old Lake Highlands

Stephanie's female Shih Tzu/Poodle escaped from the yard on 8/3. She is black with white on the tip of her nose, under her chin, on her chest and a little on her paws. She is 8 pounds. She was wearing a purple collar with her rabies, PetWatch and Operation Kindness tags. She is also chipped, but it does not always "read". Her fur was recently shaved very short.
