Spaniel found on Quail Run

Kathryn found a spaniel this morning running up and down Quail Run. He is a neutered male, wearing a brown leather collar, but no tags. He has a brown nose, ears and face, and the remainder of his body is white with black spots. Please call Petwatch at 972-305-5210 if you know anything about this dog.
