Lab and Chihuahua found in L Streets

Kim in the L Streets found two male dogs found running down Walnut Hill near LHJH today. When approached, the dogs ran down Leaside away from Walnut Hill. There is a collar on the lab but no tag. Please contact Kim at 214-717-7709 if you know anything about these pets.
