Dog Found

Mindy reports "This dog has been wondering around the neighborhood. I thought maybe he was lost, but, that might not be the case. He does not like collars or leashes. I was going to take him to have him chip checked but couldn't get him in the car.

I cannot keep him. He also needs to see a vet. His front right leg is hurt. If you know anyone who can help please let me know."
