2 dogs spotted loose in L Streets

Michelle reports - Was driving through the L streets ( not Longmeadow but the next one) & just saw 2 dogs running loose. One was black with maybe a little white with possibly a red collar but no tag? : the other was a mixture of brown with a collar that had mayve a single tag... They were medium to large size... This was at a little after 5 pm on Fri.
