Stray orange cat reported on Villa Haven

Judy on Villa Haven has reported that a tall, lanky, light orange striped cat has been in her area for several weeks. She originally thought that he belonged to someone, as he's very friendly and likes to be petted. However, he's gotten really thin so Judy believes that he may have been abandoned or gotten lost.
