Dog found near the Green Spot

Vhea of Vhea's LaundroMutt reports: We found this sweet girl out at the Chili cook off today in the shopping center near the Green Spot. She has to belong to someone! Shewas covered in fleas so we cleaned her up and she was wearing a redcollar but no tags.
