Min Pin Mix found on Cactus

Jane on Cactus found a male min pin mix over the weekend. He was wearing a blue collar and what looks like a bracelet. He's very friendly, and appears to be in good condition, except for having lots of fleas. Please call Jane at 214-503-9410 if you know anything about this pup. We will also need a foster home for him if his owner is not found quickly -- Jane can't keep him for long.
