Small black kitten found on McCree

Sean on McCree found a small black kitten with a red collar last night. It has short hair and is solid black. It's a small kitten, but can eat on its own and appears to be in good condition.

Sean will not be able to keep the kitten long because he has dogs, who are not too fond of the kitten. Please call Petwatch at 972-305-5210 if you know anything about this kitten, or if you would be able to foster.
