German shepherd/lab mix found on Cactus

Nancy on Hackney and Stacy on Cactus both reported a young, mid-sized, female German shepherd/lab mix. She is brownish-blonde, with a few black markings on her face, very friendly and appears to have recently been spayed. Stacy is keeping the dog in her backyard for now.
