Australian Shepherd seen on Rolling Rock

Two neighbors called yesterday to report an Australian Shepherd in the Rolling Rock, Capri/Cactus area. The medium-sized dog had no collar or tags, a bobbed tail and a fluffy, mixed-color coat.
