Med sized blonde dog seen on Mediterranean

Lorelei on Lanett Circle and I both saw a medium sized, short haired, blonde male dog on Mediterranean today. He isn't wearing a collar and seems rather shy -- he won't let anyone get too close to him. Patsy on Capri also saw the same dog later this evening.
