Beagle/ridgeback mix found near Jupiter/Cactus

Lauren on Fernald is fostering a young, female beagle/ridgeback mix that her husband found wandering in the traffic on Jupiter near Cactus yesterday. The dog is wearing an orange collar, but does not have tags or a microchip. The vet says the dog is young (maybe a year or so) and appears to be in good condition. She's orange-colored with short hair, white paws and floppy ears. She weighs about 30+ pounds and has the distinctive row of hair along her back, like a ridgeback.
